Spring Break Mini Boot Camp
Staying home for Spring Break this year? No need to go away for a great time! Our mini boot camp will hit all the right notes for a fun week of Rock & Roll immersion. Campers work in a band setting to prepare songs for a show on Friday afternoon that ROCKS! This is a great introduction to our year-around program and is a fun way for new and current students to make some big strides in their performance abilities. Here's what you'll do at our Spring Break Mini Boot Camp:
- Form a band of 5-7 musicians
- Learn cover songs for your rock show
- Write an original song from scratch (or expand show covers)
- Build skills in guitar and drum maintenance clinics
- Learn how to promote your show
- Perform a rock show at a local venue!
This camp is open to students ages 10+ who either sing, play bass, guitar, piano, or drums. Spring Break Mini Boot Camp is being held in each of our area locations - Ashburn and Vienna in Virginia and in Silver Spring, Maryland.
